• 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience 
• MUST be CIS Certified
• ServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatory
• MUST possess good communication Skills 
   

Duties/Responsibilities:

• MUST have hands-on experience (technical)
• MUST have worked on minimum 2 Implementations.
• Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow.
• Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
• Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, BootStrap / Angular
• Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Participate in the development and delivery of training for end-users.
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
• Participate in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
   

Qualifications:
 

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

  5 or 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow 
 

  Knowledge on Service management processes and ITIL
