ServiceNow Implementation Developer
Looking for a candidate with 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience. Must be CIS Certified and have ServiceNow System Administration Certification. Excellent communication skills are required. Responsibilities include hands-on technical experience, working on at least 2 Implementations, developing and implementing solutions for ServiceNow, and creating and configuring workflows. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, knowledge of Service management processes and ITIL, and advanced knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REACT.
- 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience
- MUST be CIS Certified
- ServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatory
- MUST possess good communication Skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
- MUST have hands-on experience (technical)
- MUST have worked on minimum 2 Implementations.
- Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow.
- Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
- Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
- Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
- Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, BootStrap / Angular
- Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training for end-users.
- Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
- Participate in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
5 or 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge on Service management processes and ITIL
Preferred - Advanced Knowledge of:
JavaScript (JS)
SN JS APIs
JSON & XML
HTML & CSS
AngularJS, REACT / BootStrap
