Open Position: 3 for ITSM + CSM/ HRSD/ ITAM
Location: Pune/ Hyderabad/ Kolkata (Hybrid)

Description:

4-7 years of ServiceNow experience
MUST be CIS Certified
ServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatory
MUST possess good communication Skills

Duties/Responsibilities:

MUST have hands-on experience (technical)
MUST have worked on minimum 2 Implementations.
Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow.
Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, BootStrap / Angular
Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Participate in the development and delivery of training for end-users.
Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
Participate in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

4 or 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow

Knowledge on Service management processes and ITIL

Preferred - Advanced Knowledge of:

JavaScript (JS)

SN JS APIs

JSON & XML

HTML & CSS

AngularJS, REACT / BootStrap
