Job Description – We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Architect (Techno-Functional Role) to join our team. The Workday Architect plays a key role in the design, development, and optimization of the Workday platform. This position involves a combination of technical expertise and functional understanding to architect and implement solutions that align with business requirements. The Techno-Functional Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective integration and utilization of Workday modules. Responsibilities – Design and architect the Workday system to align with organizational goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient use of Workday technologies. Optimize existing configurations to improve efficiency and align with evolving business needs. Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on the capabilities and limitations of the Workday platform. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the Workday platform. Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with the business. Provide support and guidance to the helpdesk and support teams in addressing user-reported problems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively including presentations, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Advanced/fluent level of spoken English is a must. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, team members and Partners. Qualifications – Must have experience as a Workday Architect with a strong focus on both technical and functional aspects. Must have Active Workday HCM/Integration certification. In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, integrations, and development tools. Extensive experience in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Benefit modules. Should have excellent hands-on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF), minimum 2-3 years exclusive workday experience is required. Excellent understanding of data structures, security models, and compliance requirements. Well versed with Workday Business Process framework, Alerts/Notification, Advanced Reporting, Dashboards, Security, and EIB. Must have strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
