Role Description:

Role Accountabilities:
As an Assistant Engineer, you are required to produce railway signalling designs and ensuring compliance with all contractual and statutory requirements within agreed timescales and performance parameters.

- Ensure that all deliverables meet Arcadis’/client procedures.
- Learning signalling techniques and professional development with self-motivation.
- Flexible to take up challenges for helping wider signalling team in achieving project demands.
- Awareness of each task and its relevance to the project.
- Check own work, add value to tasks where appropriate and actively seek feedback for own work.
- Implement the Arcadis Quality Management system and ISO requirements on projects.
- Focus on continual professional development and skill enhancement.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 0-3 yrs. experience in railway signalling designs of UK or Australia or Indian Railways.
- Diploma OR B/Tech in relevant field ( Electrical / Electronics / Communications).
- Good understanding of basic signalling principles.
- Strong commitment towards delivering signalling designs that adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Experience in operating industry-standard CAD packages (E.g., AutoCAD/Bentley MicroStation).
- Production of signalling design for locations, interface circuits, and cable core plans, etc.
- Design experience in relay/EI/SSI interlocking will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, ProjectWise, BIM 360, etc.).
