This position is for Strategic Account Services (SAS) team which work on claim adjustments for hospital and physician providers. This team does detailed research in the relevant claim platform to understand the claim history and complete adjustments, if required. Hence it is imperative that the candidate is highly detail oriented and can understand and take decision on claims basis research from various resources.

 

Primary Responsibility:

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience of 6-12 months in International BPO with night shift exposure
  • Good communication skills with good spoken English and excellent written skills
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrate efficient productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • US Healthcare claims adjudication/rework handling experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and PC Skills
  • Effective Time Management
  • Detail Oriented, Good Analytical and research skills and Process adherence orientation
  • Open to work in any shifts allocated including proper night shifts
  • Open to adhoc analysis work and share trends on critical quality issues
