Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for cloud inventory
  • Provides governance to ensure the integrity of the Configuration Management Database
  • Designs enhancements/improvements for the maturity of the CMDB and Configuration Management process and translates them into business requirements
  • Define configuration items and classes, their attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives
  • Build and support integrations with data sources other than ServiceNow Discovery
  • Setup and administration of MID servers if needed
  • Add/update/remove Discovery credentials
  • Create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules
  • Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources.  Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues
  • Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
  • Can break down the requirements, develop and demo the dashboards and reports to end user/clients
  • Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues
  • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ability to attain within 90 days of start date
  • 5+ years of experience of overall service management with a strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow applications such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Service Catalog/Service Request
  • Hands on Experience on Dashboard creation in SNOW using Performance Analytics
  • ServiceNow Scripting experience (JavaScript) to develop script including macros, business rules, UI policies, etc.
  • Good technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
  • Working knowledge of Agile
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues
