What you’ll do

Lead engineers in the development of team and individual goals, providing regular and specific feedback, and assessing individual and team performance.

Partner with Product and Program Managers to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.

Determine different phase milestones and priorities in association with product management peers.

Advocate for operational excellence (such as unit testing, establishing SLAs, programming for resiliency and scalability).

Mentor employees by providing advice and recommendations based on your own experience and takeaways.

Partner will other EM's and tech leads to help build and sustain a healthy and high performing Engineering community

Anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement.

Engage outside of direct organization and collaborate with peers across a senior level organization.

You have strong technical acumen which allows you to be responsible for the technical domain; identify strengths and weaknesses among languages and select among available technology to implement and solve for need.

You understand when and how to reward and recognize team members.

You have acted as a mentor for individual contributors on a team.

Knowledge of backend services and front-end applications (web technology), demonstrated using common API standards, patterns, front-end architecture and data flows.

Deep understanding of JVM-based technologies (Kotlin or Java)You have experience as software developer engineer.
