We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer with a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Notify, Asset Management, Service Portal, and Agent Workspace. You must have a ServiceNow Admin Certification and expertise in workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, and script includes. Additionally, you should have experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), creation of custom web services, Mid Server configuration, and portal development (including creation of custom web components in Service Portal using CSS, Angular JS, nodeJS, and Bootstrap). As a lead developer, you will play a key role in platform upgrades and must be familiar with the upgrade process, technical and functional risks mitigation methods, and day of upgrade execution. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated technical leadership.
