Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gain Strong knowledge of HR Operations – U.S.A. (End to End) (ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Time and Labor, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.); ability to learn new systems/applications.
  • Communicate with leader on any issues, trends, or changes in volume
  • Research and analyze data to resolve issues; often working directly with affected employees
  • Understand other HC department roles and be able to partner with them in resolving issues
  • Understand downstream effects of correcting history and employee records
  • Personal accountability of tasks due and issues resolved
  • Monitor routine queries, incoming emails, cases
  • Monitor workflow and case distribution to ensure workload is completed within the allotted SLA
  • Support internal and external partners (Tier 1, ER, TAM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition etc.) to foster good business partnerships
  • Engage partners on issues or updates surfaced by our team to ensure end to end process effectiveness and share successes or lessons learned
  • Perform Process audits in timely manner
  • Develop expertise and support the development of training materials or communications, as needed. Cadence with all SMEs to calibration on knowledge on different domains
  • Act as a SME to address gaps/bottlenecks in process and help explore new process or updates to reduce time to completion and enhance employee experience
  • Actively participate in projects, AFCs, UAT, ad hoc projects, etc.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in any stream (BA/BSC/B. Com/BBA or equivalent)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience with US business with good understanding of U.S.A. policies and regulations
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Service Now, MS applications
    Knowledge of Microsoft applications and HR platforms (People Soft, ServiceNow)
  • Ability to meet SLA in a time-sensitive environment
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting procedures
  • Personal accountability of tasks due and issues resolved
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to know when to escalate issues to management to prevent future issues from occurring
  • Ability to question /analyze requests to ensure the issue is resolved correctly
  • Collaboration with the team for smooth BAU
  • Ability to understand downstream effects of correcting history and employee records
  • Ability to research and analyze data and recognize specific opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to research and analyze data to resolve issues; often working directly with affected employees

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Working knowledge of the Human Capital process

 

Work Requirements:

  • Shift to be coordinated with U.S.A. and India management
  • All work requires knowledge of U.S.A. company policies and U.S.A. regulations
