Primary Responsibilities:
- Update existing and create new business documentation according to specified timelines
- Review & write documentation (SOP/PI’s) for clarity, content, and consistency with established department standards and ensure compliance with business rules
- Collaborate with Senior Documentation staff and/or business partners for instruction, guidance, or direction
- Proactively manage task assignments or documentation projects to due dates, and report status
- Facilitate small to mid-size documentation efforts
- Organize and facilitate meetings to review, resolve conflict with, and/or approve documentation, and report status
- Be able to make recommendations for content/format improvements
- Be able to make recommendations for department or business partner process improvements
- Perform research required to update/develop documentation
- Publish documentation according to established protocol
- Assist leadership with business issue resolution
- Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- 1+ years of writing experience
- Intermediate in MS Word and HTML coding
