What your responsibilities will be

Managing a team of operators, executes production and to achieve shift wise, daily and monthly production targets.

Manage the shop floor of all the activities.

Plan machine and consumable requirement as per the plan/volumes.

Deliver the output as per the machine capacity and cycle time and approach for further improvements.

Run and monitor the existing process set up SOP and PCP of the process

Setup and monitor new processes as and when required.

Effective manpower planning for delivering targets.

Calibration and tool settings/Change Process setup, operator training and deep drill to improve further

Coordination with maintenance for proper upkeep of machines and zero downtime.

Manage the 5S requirement of the department.

Work on process improvement productivity and reducing the rejection.

Delivering the lenses at defined TAT and improving the process for better results.

Daily meetings with team members for daily improvements - mainly following PQCDSM (Product quality cost delivery safety morale) methodology.

Improvements through Lean Methods i.e. Finding and Eliminating NVA thus improving Productivity and cost.

Reducing Rejection Rate involving Team Members using 7QC Tools and daily targeting to improve on top 3 defects.

 

Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering, science or related discipline

Arabic language is a plus

Experienced in the manufacturing industries is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION PRIMARY FUNCTION/PRIMARY GOALS/OBJECTIVES:  Responsible for overall upkeep of plant facilities which includes building Integrity and facility maintenance for suatained GMP and compliance   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Responsible for ensuring Facility Integrity, conduct facility maintenance jobs for addressing the gaps to support sustain GMP, hyginene standarad  & compliance . • The job includes propoer assessment, bringing right sloutions & execution for doors & fittings, taps, white washing, floor, pathway and building repairs. • Indentify facility improvement actions, closure, monitoring for compliance & sustenance • Facility maintennace work order optimisation & change management compliance • Execution of  facility integrity plans in line with revised Global Safeguard policy • Documnetation & compliance in line with global safegurad policy • Task execution across manufacturing to deploy and sustain Leak protocol. •  Risk assessment for facility maintenance activity and mitigation execution • Strong co- ordination with functions like QA,warehouse, Maintenance & EHS and managing the expectations. • Manage and lead the team of  contractors, vendors, Service Providers and getting the job/tasks executed. • Responsible for compliance documentations for vendors,contractors and service providers. • Responsible for promoting safe work practices and behaviours amongst the contractors, vendors and service providers at site. • Responsible for vendors indentification and development pertaining to facility mainteance jobs. • Responsible for keeping and sharing of monthly facility maintenance jobs with relevant stakeholders. • Responsible for timely processing of vendors, contractors payments. • Identify the Energy Conservation Points and implement without any major investment. • Collaborate with Pest Control Team in identifying and closure of gaps, and prepare Monsoon plan to protect plant from Monsoon impacts • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and FMEA for all major gaps related to Engg/ GMP/pest issues. • Responsible for providing Engineering Solution for all critical issues/gaps related to Facility Maintenance. • Responsible for maintaining facility budget as per approved limit and align for any deviation   EDUCATION:  • B.E.
