Permanent Working specifically within the JLL UAE Value and Risk Department headquartered in Dubai focusing on the region especially KSA, you will be part of a market-leading regional valuation team that: Values a broad range of asset types, including commercial, residential, land and development properties Works with significant government entities, landlords, banks, investors and developers and owner occupiers covering a broad spectrum of local, national and international clients Provides advice to clients based on thorough sector and market knowledge for loan security, due diligence, financial reporting, accounts, tax and transactional support purposes. Role Summary This is an Analyst role principally engaged in providing advice for various purposes and properties in across KSA. Responsibilities Inspect, conduct research and undertake valuations adopting appropriate methods and techniques, including valuation modelling on a DCF, Residual Land Value and Comparable method basis. Travel to KSA to carry out valuation services; Conduct financial modelling and analysis to determine the Market/Fair Value of a wide range of properties; Provide and write valuation reports and related advice on a range of property types and to a variety of clients, many of whom are core clients of the firm; Liaise with clients to ensure accuracy of information; Provide market research; Develop and manage client relationships; Assist the team in achieving targets and growing the business line. Requirements: MENA real estate experience an advantage; CFA qualification would be considered without real estate experience; Real Estate/Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Business graduate, Economics would be useful, but not essential; Proficient use of Excel and Word; Experience in using Argus Enterprise or Argus Estate Master would be a bonus, Finance or finance-related work experience is not required but would be useful; DCF modelling experience required; MRICS, AssocRics would be a bonus; Skills using Data Visualisation Tools such as Power BI and Tableau would be a bonus; Experience of extract, transform, load tools and techniques, sourcing, maintaining, and updating data, data warehousing, data cleansing Enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong communication and client skills Strong numeracy and English report-writing skills; Able to efficiently and competently manage their own workload and clients; Able to deliver high-quality service under tight time constraint; Able to work flexibly and as part of a team; Willing to travel to KSA and wider GCC; Arabic as an additional language would be a bonus
