Annual gross salary during your Graduate Program:

Master´s graduate: 52.000 EUR p.a.

Bachelor´s graduate: 48.000 EUR p.a.

 

Starting date: flexible

Duration: 18 months

The team in Europe works closely with the #MarshDigital Headquarter in Phoenix and New York to drive the digital journey jointly with local colleagues across the region.

 

In your role you will support #MarshDigital in Europe focusing on Project Management and have the opportunity to drive own projects across the region. We will count on you to:·

  • Support and drive digital change and digital learning initiatives across the region, leveraging global insights, resources (across MMC) and colleagues
  • Prepare and take part in strategic meetings and assist with market research and stakeholder needs research and thought leadership
  • Assist in the deployment of digital systems, including gathering feedback from users, monitoring and reporting progress implementation metrics
  • To work closely with regional and local colleagues from different professional backgrounds across Europe
  • Support client facing technology development and client integration esp. on User Interface/User Experience
  • Support in internal and external innovation happenings, marketing initiatives, awareness campaigns and others related
  • Have fun and make change happen

 

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferable in Business Administration, Risk & Insurance Management, Management, Digital / Technology, or related topics)
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in Project Management and/or Change Management is a strong plus
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in risk or insurance management is a plus
  • Fluency in English - German language is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and/or data science are a plus

To support our growing DRAM business in Munich we are looking for a DRAM product engineers for the following tasks: Test Concept definition & documentation Extract manufacturing parametric data and interpret it using appropriate statistical methods. Setup and perform measurements using ATE (Automatic Test Equipment). Apply analysis results to drive yield enhancement, product cost and device performance using suitable algorithms.
