DRAM Product Engineer, -high speed test (m/f/d)

To support our growing DRAM business in Munich we are looking for a DRAM product engineers for the following tasks:

  • Test Concept definition & documentation
  • Extract manufacturing parametric data and interpret it using appropriate statistical methods.
  • Setup and perform measurements using ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
  • Apply analysis results to drive yield enhancement, product cost and device performance using suitable algorithms.
  • Provide ideas for new DFT (Design for Testability) and circuit architectures to support enhanced test capability.
  • Coordinate activities with Design, Test Engineering, Application Engineering and Quality Department for coverage


The candidate will interface with design and design verification teams, quality groups, technologists and manufacturing sites in Asia.

 

Qualification
The candidate should hold a university master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science, with excellent grades.
 

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in semiconductor Product/Test Engineering.
  • Good Knowledge of semiconductor design, manufacturing, and failure analysis
  • Good knowledge in high frequency signal integrity
  • knowledge of statistical analysis method or tools
  • Zero Defect Mindset

 

Desired skills are:

  • modern software methods (Python/Java programming)
  • DOE (Design Of Experiments)
  • basic UNIX commands knowledge
