Being part of Meesho's Supply chain team as Assistant Manager will zip you to the cockpit of our ever-burgeoning rocketship. About the Role:

As Assistant Manager - operations, you'll build robust and reliable cost operations in grocery supply chain. And, you’ll achieve it by forging strong collaborations with the Business and Data teams. You’ll work closely with Operations and Biz Fin in cost operations and reconciliation charters in order to make a robust and reliable supply chain. To this end, you’ll own key initiatives and impactful projects to revamp the our cost operations .

What you will do:

  • Help design SOPs that are cost-effective, scalable and aligned to business strategy  for backend processes.
  •  Own Gross loss , Net Loss metrics and work on loss reduction in supply chain.
  • Own Shipment reconciliation work with different stakeholders to complete the process within the target days.
  • Work on vendor payments and billing work with the finance and ops team on billing and payments and continuously reduce the billing cycle and work on developing automated and effective processes.
  • Manage Internal and external stakeholders, Partner with the 3PLs ,spearhead business process improvements to positively affect operational efficiencies.
  • Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps.
  • Partner with analytics, product, fulfillment, 3PL and leadership teams to reduce business costs.
  • Conduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvement.

What you will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups/consumer internet companies/management consulting/operations.
  • Strong data-driven mindset to solve problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to form points of view on business implications.
  • Proven track record of defining and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Expertise in multi-front stakeholder management.
