Your key responsibilities

 

  • Executing assigned production activities while maintaining quality and timeliness
  • Coordinate with different team and stakeholder and gather the required information for regulatory requirement
  • Ensure 4 eye principal is being followed in the team
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure and document adherence
  • Maintain up to date process manuals
  • Manage queries within team and resolve them with help of onshore colleagues if required
  • Assist manager in reviewing process changes and update procedures
  • Plan back up for team during their MTAs
  • Escalate all issues in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with departments like risk, front office and performance measurement, IT etc.
  • Ensure team work culture is practiced.
  • To get involved in process improvement projects driven by the management.
  • Ensure proper back-ups created and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)

 

 

Your skills and experience:

 

  • Good Knowledge regarding the regulatory regulations – MIFID, EMIR, SFTR, Luxembourg regulatory reporting, CSSF etc.
  • Individual Contributor/Team player who comes with good business transitions know- how, knowledge transfers etc.
  • Project Management skills- good to have.
  • Time Management as this role needs to work on critical deadlines across different teams.
  • Good Communication skills, oral and written to collaborate with different teams.
  • Global Stakeholder Management – must have.
