Role Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced LiDAR Team Leader, responsible for project execution and
quality control. The level of detail and deliverable requirements will vary depending upon client
requirements. Moreover, you should be detail-oriented, be a team player and You will contribute to
the growth and development of Hexagon while also continuing to be challenged and inspired along
the way!
Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Experience with LIDAR data, extraction and product creation.
• Daily processing of geospatial data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency, and
ensuring compliance to applicable project and industry standards related to aerial mapping
products.
• Must have the desire to learn new technologies, software, hardware, methodologies and assist the
LIDAR team to operate with maximum efficiency.
• Discussing the project documents with PM and suggest for improvements along with specialist.
• Optimization of process to improve the productivity and quality.
• Required to ensure projects are delivered with an accepted quality level set out by GCS and
within the agreed time period.
• Progressive experience with spreadsheets, GIS tools and LiDAR classification including
MicroStation and MS Office Suite.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 8 - 12 years' experience in production environment.
• Strong technical analytical capacity.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Interpersonal & Relationship Building skills.
• Must work well with others, be team oriented, helpful and a good problem solver.
• Ability to read, understand and apply technical information, form procedure manuals, written and
verbal instruction, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Relevant experience with software tools for GIS, Micro-station, Terra Solid or other similar 3D
mapping software packages.
