Essential Functions

Setup/maintenance for Account Reconciliation module:

Setting up new companies in BlackLine

Annual review of BlackLine for risk rating and frequency changes

Setting up of group account feature in BlackLine

Identify and implement new reconciliation templates

Perform abnormal balance analysis

Review and report delinquent reconciliations

Setup/maintenance for Task Management module:

Setting up new activities in Task module in BlackLine

Annual review of tasks to maintain 

Review and report delinquent tasks

Setup/maintenance for Transaction Matching module:

Experience in creation and maintenance of datasources

Experience in setting up new match sets

Experience in adding new pass rules based on data enrichment

Review matches to identify any new suggested/automated matches

Setup/maintenance for Journals module:

Experience in creation of journal master

Experience in creation of recurring journals set up

Setting up new activities in Journals module in BlackLine

Review recurring journals not recorded

Provide support in issues with Journal module daily activities

Support related functions

Regular refresh of Sandbox

Managing and performing year-end activities in BlackLine

Assist with month-end close support activities including tracking down missing imports and journal load, and identify/resolve recon issues, coordinate with IT team to resolve any issues with interfaces/incorporate new requirements

Daily assistance with ongoing issues including working with BlackLine Customer Support (as needed) on cases to perform root-cause analysis and testing and implementing resolution

Provide support to operations for extractions of information from BlackLine to measure KPI/SLA

Reporting related Functions:

Create reports in BlackLine enhanced reporting module to meet client reporting requirements including delinquent report, rejection report, abnormal balances report, status reports

Roll out standard reports to all users

User support functions

Set up new users in BlackLine

Assign trainings to new user

Provide training support to users

Partners closely with end-users to gather and document business requirements to enhance systems and processes to drive increased efficiencies
