Responsibilities : 

Process compliance and Initiatives (Timely closure of performance management- Self assessment, feedback, goal setting, midyear, ethics & compliance training. All of these will be applicable).

Keeping track of ensuring payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base. 

Accurate completion of all the Customer and Invoicing and Vendor expense statements submission. 

Other data which is asked from time to time through Mobility Portal and
Emails to ensure communication flow. 

Follow guidelines on attendance, leaves, mobile policies, travel policies, and other policies to achieve accurate subject area of operations Study the drawing, Customer PO, Work order, FAT, Ship document and draw out scope of I&C Plan the activity and submit the plan to customer vide central co-ordinate, visit Customer place Be compatible with customer technical person and explain the planned activity Initiate activity as per plan If local agency involve, take in to confidence and discuss people and tools for on time completion
Reporting to customer as well Thermo I&C manager or the coordinator the day-to-day development and challenge if any. Abide with site safety as per Thermo Standard and as per premised visited. 

Plan the efficient operation on assign project I&C including expense occurred by self The commercial target is to handover site and earn revenue against I&C The executive requires to take the ownership for AQMS and CEMS Installation, commissioning and handing over of system to customer at Various customer site/location. Below are some of the systems:

- AQMS rack and shelter, CEMS Dilution and Hot Extraction systems, Analyzer walk way shelter with HVAC, Data Acquisition System Installation, Configuration and communication at site. PLC and logic test, Knowledge on Analyzer fault finding and swap up with parts

 

Technical activity:

Get the system Installation like mechanical, pneumatic, electrical activity

Check for mechanical component installation

Leak check for pneumatic system

Loop Checking, Continuity checking and power ON system

Calibration of Analyzer

DAS installation, configuration, communication test Local DAS, Central DAS

Communication with Display Board

Establish communication with Local Pollution or Central Pollution Board

PLC programming simulation

 

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Instrumentation with proven record in Analytical System Installation & Commissioning. 

Have good communication, with customer, vendor and team members.

Travel oriented. 

Fair Idea on Project Planning. 

Commercial knowledge to operate vendor at site.
