As part of our continued growth acceleration plan, Vindicia is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDRs) manager, to lead the function and a team of  SDRs across multiple global regions. The primary role of our SDR team is to work closely with marketing and sales, to identify and target prospect accounts and generate qualified opportunities in the sales pipeline for Vindicia’s solutions through a mix of outbound prospecting activities, as well as managing inbound leads within an assigned territory or industry vertical. The charter of our SDR team includes account and target persona prospecting, lead initial qualification, objection handling and sales appointment setting

What will your job look like?

  • Locations for the position - Dallas, Atlanta, St. Louis / San Fransico /San Mateo /Toronto
  • This position is a managerial role , Will manage a team of 4-6 people. 
  •  Generating Growth 
  •  Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Vindicia’s offerings to articulate that to prospects
  • Identify, in coordination with Vindicia sales team, target accounts and/or verticals for prospecting activities, and assign them across the SDR team
  •  Establish best practices and processes for account prospecting and opportunity qualification.
  • Assess, Identify and implement tools to enable and improve the performance of the SDR team
  • Providing feedback to Vindicia marketing organization regarding the effectiveness of outbound product messaging and value proposition
  • Develop SDR team members to advance their experience and career, as well as individual performance
  •  Identify and implement incentive programs to improve performance of SDR team
  •  Establish strong partnership and collaboration with sales and marketing teams’ leadership team
  •  Ensure strong collaboration and knowledge sharing among the SDR team to collectively enhance the effectiveness and performance of sales development activities

Delivery of Results

  • Crushing weekly Sales Qualified Lead (SQLs) targets for the team and achieving greater than100% of assigned quota!
  • Monitor and assure execution of daily SDR activities, as well as the individual performance of the SDR team members
  • Set up SDR activity and performance dashboard and reports

All you need is....

  • Be Highly motivated, creative self-starter with the ability to work independently, embracing teamwork and collaboration to achieve results.
  • 8+ years of SDR management experience, with consistent track record of success and delivery of results in previous SDR leadership roles, prospecting mid-market and enterprise B2C companies for SaaS based solution companies
  • Consistent track record of employee retention and development in previous SDR leadership roles
  • Experience leading an SDR team within a large corporation
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • Education: BA or BS degree
  • Resilient and persistent
  • Aptitude for embracing, learning, and executing projects
  • Fiercely organized and quick to respond thoughtfully to verbal and written exchanges
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Proven experience managing a high performance, geographically dispersed SDR team
