Overview
Main purpose of the position is release execution for AMESA APAC and global projects. The position will facilitate AMESA APAC , global projects delivery, project slotting and release deployment plans including cut over planning and execution, portfolio reporting , dashboards , devsecops portfolio planning , Environment planning & SHI, Tech Project governance and Rel PM.
Responsibilities
Governance of Methods and Tools Agile Plans environment reviews, performs exception management and resolves escalations
Communicates risks, impacts and potential conflicts of change for environment availability
Provides reporting to track metrics on environment processes
Reviews and helps align application, infrastructure, upgrade and licenses roadmaps
Performs cross-function prioritization and sequencing, pre-slots projects to global release calendar
Locks the global release calendar change windows
Reviews programs and status of each release, re-slot projects as necessary and tracks and monitors the status of the Coordinates global release calendar and provides input to Enterprise Solutions Director for inclusion in global release calendar
Collaborates with global Operations Leads for downtime management
DEVSECOPS portfolio management & planning and reporting SHI reporting and follow up with multiple vendors and support group
Environment planning for functional and tech projects Tech PM for AA tech projects service now, tableau , Power BI dashboards
Qualifications
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of release & environment management experience , project management with focus on ITIL tools & processes
MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS
Knowledge and experience in basic Basis , security, server configuration and following tools, disciplines and processes: ServiceNow, Azure Dev OPS, Agile, Clarity, SAP Solution Manager & Solman, tableau, Power BI, Excel, Power Point
MANDATORY NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS
PMI certification (nice to have)Project Management Stakeholder Management People Management Communication & Presentation
