As an Internal Audit Supervisor, you will be solving complex problems and identifying key areas for improvement and innovation. You will take ownership of delivering assurance and consulting services for our company globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on project assignments to deliver financial and operational audits and value-added consulting engagements.
 

As Internal Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and executing financial and operational assurance activities to deliver global consulting engagements to our organization
  • Developing an understanding of processes, risks, and opportunities through research and interviews with subject matter expert colleagues
  • Analyzing data and processes to identify improvements to business processes and financial reporting
  • Identifying sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business procedures
  • Formulating sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business processes
  • Communicating recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and report writing
  • Documenting work performed to support conclusions and recommendations

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience
  • Be a subject matter expert in auditing, consulting or other relevant financial or operational experience
  • Have advanced IT skills, including solid competency with Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solve problems and providing resolutions
  • Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Be able to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally
