POSITION PURPOSE:

 

  • Lead RC Tolling Operations for India, Accountable for Tolling operations to meet the processing & packing requirements as per sales demand forecast on time in full for Rice processing.

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Accountable for smooth running of tolling operations in India for Rice processing .
  • Manage inventory and warehousing meeting Bayer standard.
  • Ensure smooth running and proper maintenance in coordination with toller.
  • Partners with RC Leadership in community and sustainability engagements.
  • Ensures all operations are compliant to internal Bayer requirements and local regulations
  • Leads the successful execution / deployment of digital innovations, automation & new initiatives in tolling operations. (One PSS )
  • Manages stakeholder relations to ensure timely and effective communication, alignment between supply and business strategies
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of pack plans with detailed pack plan scheduling to enable business needs while meeting tolling operations requirement.
  •  Accountable for Raw seed Inventory and non-seed inventory ( packing & seed treatment chemicals) materials & plan storage ( both Ambient and cold store).
  • Ensure seed quality and genetic purity while storage, processing and packing. submit samples for periodic quality testing
  • Responsible for minimising the seed and non-seed inventory write offs, controls cost, ensure all financial KPI'S are met or exceeded
  • Responsible for annual OpEx, Capex and FTE plans for RC tolling operations
  • Adherence, implementation and input into Toller on HSE standards to meet targets and internal & external audit requirements.
  •  Focus on talent development by creating an environment that fosters employee growth, an atmosphere of team work and leads in proving a safe work environment with high standards of engagement
  • Accountable for ensuring Tolling units meet BCS's HSE and Quality standards at all times .
  • Optimizes spend and manages risks in plant operations in coordination with Tollers
