We are looking for a highly skilled Application Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing business and technical workflows in our Multi Asset Application. The ideal candidate should have experience with the .Net framework and Oracle. You should also have knowledge of clean coding practices, unit test writing, and basic DevOps practices. In addition, you should have a continuous inclination to learn and adopt various business workflows. Troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide solutions with consultation from the team are also important. Collaboration, agility, and efficiency are key traits we are looking for. A Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, as well as fluency in English. This is a VIE assignment in Hong Kong for a duration of 12 months, open to candidates under 28 from the European Economic Space. Please note that the assignment may be postponed depending on the health crisis and decisions made by the Crisis and Support Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Development i.e. implementation of business / technical workflows in Multi Asset Application. Technology stack .Net and Oracle.

Follow Key Development Practices like:

Clean coding practices
Unit Test Writing
Appropriate review feedbacks to be incorporated
Basic DevOps practices like continuous testing, Continuous integration, Monitoring etc

Continuous Upskilling:

Upgradation and learning various business and technical flows
Continuous inclination to learn and adopt various business workflows via development

Trouble Shooting

Good inclination and attitude towards problem solving and debugging
In case of issues be able to find the root cause and probable solutions
Provide solution with consultation with other members of team.
Keenly involved in support of the application

PROFILE REQUIRED

Graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University with a specializationin in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science or similar
Display of innovation, team spirit and time management
Fluent English is mandatory

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Hong Kong is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
