Hands-on experience of working in a transversal Production team supporting multiple applications with diverse technologies.
Clarity in communication as needs to work closely with Development Teams, Product Owners, Chapter Managers, CRM to bring all issues to a logical closure.
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before.
Good fundamentals in Production practices such as ITIL, CMRM.
Good to have exposure to Investment banking domain.
