Promote Quality and Operational Perfection strategy and lead implementation at the account or unit level

What will your job look like?

•Assesses current situation vs. desired state 
•Manages formal certification programs (required support and infrastructure to unit ) – on scaled agile / other development practices and trainings (SM, RTE, QA etc.) 
•Define implementation plan based on Amdocs Best Practices and Policies & unit needs, including defining and measuring KPIs / impacts / changes. Track progress and monitor results with unit senior management and employees.
•Predicts and proactively acts upon quality results, and promote quality improvement and the required focus
•Support Jira (Application Lifecycle Management tool) as product owner – obtain and define requirements, act as FP for unit needs and communicate with the development & support team 
•Establish and implement innovation practices (hot house, hackathons etc.) 

All you need is...

•Prior experience in process engineering
•Comprehensive knowledge in the development of best practices and industry methods, standards and models (Agile, SCRUM, SAFe, CMMI, etc.) 
•Comprehensive knowledge in JIRA
•Significant experience in SW project management in quality-related areas (PMP preferred)
•Providing consultation to senior level management
•Participation in change projects
•Analysis and auditing background – preferred
