Job/Position Summary

Development and Maintenance of organization's QMS using Visio/EPF/HTML

Process Improvement coordination

Coordinate with SQA Teams for PI Implementation, Metrics Collection, Trainings, etc.

Demonstrate improvement function activities during organization audits such as ISO 9001 and ASPICE

Maintain Organization Metrics Database

Analysis of organizational metrics and derive capability baselines (PCBs).

Create weekly/monthly SEPG Reports and Dashboards

Coordination and contribution to organization initiatives. (Major Improvements)Create and/or update process assets (Procedures, Templates, Guidelines, Checklists)Conduct technology scanning to bring industry best practices to the organization.
