Senior Coach
Required coaching skills and experience:
- You have launched several ARTs (Agile Release Train) on your own.
- You have experience executing various SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) training.
- You are pragmatic and cable of influencing senior executives.
- You can tactfully cope with corporate inertia and resistance and continue to advocate for change and improvement.
- You have consulting coaching experience using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitating and mentoring BRP in person and remote using tooling.
- At one point in your career, you were either a SM (Scrum Master), RTE (Release Train Engineer) or PO (Product Owner), but now you enhance how others do that work.
The Required technical skills and certifications for Senior Coach
- Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification, AHF (Autonomous Health Framework) certification
- Previous developer or product management, RTE experience
- Experience delivering SAFe classes with at least 3.5 rating
- Team player
Team Coach
Required coaching skills and experience:
- You have been on an ART (Agile Release Train) and know how to coach teams synchronously.
- You are pragmatic and cable of influencing senior executives.
- You can tactfully cope with corporate inertia and resistance and continue to advocate for change and improvement.
- You have consulting and coaching experience using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- You have facilitated and mentored BRP execution in person and remote, using various tooling.
The Required technical skills and certifications for Team Coach
- SAFe experience (any)
- AHF certification
- Previous developer or product management experience or SM experience
- Team player
