 Eviden (An Atos Company) is hiring Senior Coaches and Team Coaches for a valued customer with an aggressive start date of October 1, 2023.  This is for a long-term project with extension and growth opportunities for your coaching career.

Here is the full time - permanent roles we are staffing:

Senior Coach

Required coaching skills and experience:

1. You have launched several ARTs (Agile Release Train) on your own.
2. You have experience executing various SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) training.
3. You are pragmatic and cable of influencing senior executives.
4. You can tactfully cope with corporate inertia and resistance and continue to advocate for change and improvement.
5. You have consulting coaching experience using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
6. Facilitating and mentoring BRP in person and remote using tooling.
7. At one point in your career, you were either a SM (Scrum Master), RTE (Release Train Engineer) or PO (Product Owner), but now you enhance how others do that work.

  The Required technical skills and certifications for Senior Coach

1. Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification, AHF (Autonomous Health Framework) certification
2. Previous developer or product management, RTE experience
3. Experience delivering SAFe classes with at least 3.5 rating
4. Team player

Team Coach

Required coaching skills and experience:

1. You have been on an ART (Agile Release Train) and know how to coach teams synchronously.
2. You are pragmatic and cable of influencing senior executives.
3. You can tactfully cope with corporate inertia and resistance and continue to advocate for change and improvement.
4. You have consulting and coaching experience using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
5. You have facilitated and mentored BRP execution in person and remote, using various tooling.

The Required technical skills and certifications for Team Coach

1. SAFe experience (any)
2.  AHF certification
3. Previous developer or product management experience or SM experience
4. Team player
