We are seeking an expert in HRO domain, with knowledge in Travel, Insurance, Health & Welfare, COBRA, Medicare, HIPPA, 401K, Payroll, Visa & Immigrations, Onboarding & assimilation, Recruitment, different types of visa & process, concierge service, US HR Policies, Severance pay, mass termination, US taxes, W2, W4, F&F settlements. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling helpdesk calls, managing international transfers, and internal transfers. Additionally, you will be handling employee personal information changes, organizational changes, assisting managers in employee life cycle transactions, coordinating with the staffing team, and termination processing. We require excellent soft skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills in English. A graduate degree is required and PGDBM HR will be preferred. Relevant experience in US HRO domain is desired.
