Manage customer queries related to all services and solutions delivered includes complex customer issues diagnosing and thereby resolving and fixing Act as a conduit between customer and other teams such as engineering architecture etc for any issue resolution Provide L2L3 support to resolve hardwaresoftware issues by applying technical expertise

We are looking for professional individual who can demonstrate strong VMware troubleshooting and administration skills. Who is capable of handling issues without any additional guidance.
Technical Skills
1. Strong knowledge on Vmware administration and troubleshooting.
2. Good knowledge on Experienced in Vmware vsphere 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 6.7, 7.0
3. Must have VMware hands on ESXI patching and upgrade, vCenter patching and upgrade, Vmware HA, DRS, SDRS,
4. Ability to interact with various vendors for case management and aligning right support.
5. should have knowledge of HP, Dell hardware, rack servers, chassis.
6. Experience in Vmware networking, standard and dvswitches, NSX-T.
7. Handle L2/L3 operation escalated support issues, identify RCA, vendor coordination, vmware advanced troubleshooting.
Operating Network - Key Internal
8. A good understanding of Infra (Compute, Storage, backup, network, Security) and application architecture/deployment concepts and tools that enable successful Cloud transformation.
9. Worked with Ticketing tools like Service Now, BMC remedy, or other Ticketing tools.
10. Willing to take challenging roles and responsibilities.
11. Must be flexible for 24x7 working hours
12. Must posses knowledge of Zerto, SRM
13. Should understand OVM and OLVM and have hands on experience.
Experience
6 - 8 years of experience
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate degree / BE / Diploma (3 years) with 10+2 stream
VMware VCP certification preferred
General Skills
1. Ability to speak and communicate well with end customers via phone and mails.
2. Good interpersonal skills and good positive attitudes and good Team player.
3. ITIL process awareness and certification is desired.
4. VCP certification is preferred.
