Minimum qualification & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Information Technology, Project Management).
  • Proven experience (minimum 5~7 years) in leading complex projects in the OSS, BSS, or EMS domain.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies and telecommunications industry trends.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of our technical projects. The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional project management skills.   • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, Monitor and control project budgets and expenses.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management.

Job Description TMS Project DM should have the technical skills to lead the M&D solution delivery in the time, quality and budget required for the project, maintaining strong relationships with the Customer and GA Regional team. Experience communicating and presenting project information to Customers, project teams & executive level stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills Well organized and autonomous, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently. Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Etc.) Able to travel globally when required.
