In the Marketing Technology organization, we are responsible for delivering exceptional orchestration and execution experiences for marketers and marketing campaign execution teams. We are advocates for marketing operations excellence, optimized time-to-market with outbound and inbound messaging to consumers and to merchants, and responsible for privacy guardrail requirements for all capabilities we drive.

Core responsibilities
This role will be responsible for establishing, managing, maintaining & executing on the roadmap and strategy of our Marketing Technology operations capabilities
• Drive new features and capabilities to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the marketing technology orchestration platforms to help meet PayPal’s goals
• You will partner with product & technology teams to build, scale, and maintain new and or existing capabilities
• You will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders from product and marketing to effectively understand their business needs and effectively translate them into platform capabilities
• Understand the needs of marketing, marketing operations and their use cases and help it to influence platform capability roadmap
• Create and manage all the operations capabilities for marketing operations and individual marketing segment teams
• You will be responsible to backlog creation, grooming and sprint planning driven by business prioritization while working closely with engineering teams
• You will work closely with engineering teams on creating maintaining and delivering to a backlog of items; including, test cases
• Be responsible for maintaining health and sanity of the platform, including governance
• Establish deep understanding of platform and technology used by marketing operations to better serve our internal customers
• Collect feedback from internal stakeholders analyze & improve existing processes
• Participate in the QA process and provide approval on the overall experience to engineering teams per their requirements
• Monitor impact of product features by establishing key platform metrics
• Help troubleshoot platform issues and answer product questions – be a marketing technology operations expert
