Job Description:

Category, Strategy, Communication Development & Planning

- Define and develop the business and marketing objectives and annual strategy for the category managed and manage the annual marketing calendar for the same
- Monitoring and reporting market, competition and consumer behavior with view to incorporate the same into communication planning and development
- Drive visibility and awareness through relevant marketing efforts for key products/new products for the categories managed both internally and externally
- Provide campaign development support to teams (Product, Channel/ Experiential Marketing, etc)

Product Campaign Implementation

- Ensure alignment of creative agency, and all relevant stakeholders to core attributes of products, its proposition and launch plans.
- Ensuring alignment and relevance of all creative / communication to customer needs
- Product Communication Implementation - Co-ordination with Creative & other relevant agencies. Ensuring creative / communication delivers on brand objectives
- Ensuring execution in line with committed deadlines
- Monitoring and supervision of communication efforts and ensuring quality & accuracy

Agency Relationship / Vendor / Internal Dept. Management

- Coordination with key business partners to deliver category/product marketing objectives
- Adherence to operational processes
- Adherence to accounting (billing & payment) processes
- Overall Agency & Vendor Management & Performance

Audit & Compliance

- Knowledge of all processes for Brand, Accounting, Risk, Audit and IRDAI compliance
- Follow all laid down processes and compliance norms (Internal and external)
- Spends and Provisions Tracking & Reporting

Work Experience/Qualification
Postgraduate/Masters in business administration from reputed Universities, with specialisation in Marketing or Communications
1-3 years work Experience in marketing, product marketing or communications
