Job Summary –

Data Encryption project Manager, Minimum of 5 + Year

Wealth Management Information Systems (WMIS) prevent any possible data leakage and data manipulation situations of WM sensitive/confidential data by introducing data protection measures.

Data Protection Program review, assess & challenge IT and Business processes to identify and remediate gaps found throughout data lifecycle. This program consists of multiple projects and initiatives to increase our protection levels.

This program seeks a Data Encryption Project manager who is passionate in designing, implementing, integrating, testing and deploying features along with the team. This incumbent is expected to drive improvements to data/code quality, performance and process through the implementation or adoption of data protection methodology or solutions.

He / She will be reporting to Data Protection Division Manager.

Years of experience needed –

• Min 5 years of experience as Project Manager within banking industry on Data, Transformation or Process Domain

• At least 2 years background in encryption, key management or PKI

• Good command of analysis approach and methodology

• Good track record on past delivery of projects

• Good Critical thinking skill

Technical Skills:

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Define, review, develop and deploy feasible solutions towards data quality, data integrity, performance, and gaps remediation in a scalable way

• Strong command of Encryption technologies, approaches, and methodology such as

o Voltage

o Microsoft Purview

o Protegrity

o Key Management Framework

• Manage project/initiatives from initiation to closure in line with project governance

• Close collaboration and clear communication are expected on the below areas

o Work with security, architecture, IT leads, risk control and other functions to achieve gaps/problem evaluation, analysis, definition and solutioning

o Work with Manager to align DPP objectives, budget, timeline

o Escalate to Manager on foreseeable risks and issues pertaining to project

o Work with production and project teams towards scope delivery release

• In charge of project delivery timeline, committee’s setup and transversal coordination

• Ensure compliant towards external data regulatory and Group internal policies

Certifications Needed:

 CISSP / CISM / CISA is a plus (Optional)
