Amazon is shaping the future of digital video entertainment in India. We seek a program manager for our digital marketing team who can help us scale miniTV - a new mobile first video, free ad-supported (AVOD) streaming service for Amazon in India. Over the next few months, we plan to launch a large number of exclusive shows and new content. Over the past decade Amazon has developed a number of market-leading, innovative and fast-growing digital and mobile businesses, including: Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Prime Music, Echo, Alexa and Kindle. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media and new customer experiences.
We are looking for a program manager who can collaborate with external agencies, internal marketing, product and tech team members to drive business results for new content launches on the service. As a program manager, you are expected to build backward working plans for promotion of new titles, measure and report campaign performance vs. goals and budgets to leaders, and drive continuous improvements in processes. Collaboration is really critical to reach the business goals and we are expecting that you are comfortable in working with different sets of stakeholders.
You will possess the following skills:
• Understand digital marketing including knowledge of marketing on Youtube, Meta, Publishers, DV360 etc
• Working knowledge of performance and brand marketing and an understanding linking media campaigns with performance metrics
• Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystems and in-depth understanding of market context and channels.
From a day to day perspective, you will:
• Create a working backwards plan for marketing campaigns, map timelines and plan ahead for any delays or changes in launch plan
• Collaborate with agencies and platforms to track and enhance campaign performance
• Co-ordinate with agencies for operations (creatives resized based on marketing properties) and for billing (PO and invoicing)
• Ownership of reporting weekly, monthly, campaign level performance metrics vs. goals, budget utilization and insights
• This role requires cross-functional co-ordination between various teams i.e. Social media, Business Insights, Content marketing and Content acquisition teams
• Write high quality documents to share performance vs. goals and budgets at a title/campaign level, and share insights & inputs for improvement

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 5+ years of digital campaign design and management experience. Needs to have strong understanding of designing digital campaign strategies based on objectives, measure results and drive continued improvements.
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
