Requirements: We have multiple openings as follow |
Role:1: Mechanical & Structural Design | Concept selection & Design of Lithium ion Battery Pack. DFA, DFM, 8D reporting, BOM, part and assembly level drawing creation and maintaining. Responsible for engineering change releases. Develop strength and durability FE models for analysis. Develop CAE methods and processes for solving engineering problems. Perform correlation studies between test data and CAE data and make assessments on how to improve modelling and analyses techniques. |
Role:2: Thermal & System Design | Solving 3D conjugate heat transfer simulation for Battery Pack with provided inputs. Understanding of Electro-Chemistry. Estimate external and internal flow for heat transfer coefficient.1D system modelling for battery pack in GT Suite.Build and execute 1D system model on Matlab/SciLab, Python or any preferred language. |
Role:3: Electrical & Functional Safety | Define Electrical Architecture for Battery Pack. Defining System Functions. Design HV & LV Wiring Harness. Design for Battery Pack. Defining Power distribution. Defining DVP Requirements. Defines functional safety requirements within the project. Carries out design analysis to support the development of safety. |
Role:4: Prototyping & Industrialization | Prototyping of Battery Pack for EV. Interaction and follow up with suppliers to decide of special materials used in the battery pack. Coordinate with R&D for NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT. Experience in Hard-fiber or Plastic Development. |
Role:5: BMS | Design and development of BMS functions in MATLAB. Designing models for Li-ION chemistry on SoC, SoH, SoP, DCIR and other improvements. Experience in design and development of Hardware & software for BMS. Development of models in MATLAB and proving the feasibility of these models. Implementing BMS functions. Testing BMS functions on HIL level, pack level and vehicle level. Analyzing the electric vehicle data for understanding lithium ion battery charge and discharge profiles. |
