what will you do? fulfilment metrics to be tracked - shipment within ETA, delivery within ETA, cancellations etc. cancellations reason trackers to be maintained follow up with the merchants on pending shipment and partial shipment coordinate with logistics team in case of any issue faced by the merchant (extension for shipment ETA) optimize cancellations numbers as per the plan returns flow to be tracked. Returns across category trends, pickup trends, pickup failure trends, serviceability etc CS metrics to be tracked : CSAT, contacts/transactions, resolution within ETA, type of escalations bucket coordination with CS team to close tickets within ETA (Invoice related, cancellations related and return related) you should apply if you: possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are able to manage external and internal stakeholders - should also be able to identify the right stakeholders at brands where we are trying to get a connect are able to work on excel (moderate level) problem solving skill and Individual contributor are available for a 1 year commitment in this role
