what will you do?   fulfilment metrics to be tracked - shipment within ETA, delivery within ETA, cancellations etc. cancellations reason trackers to be maintained follow up with the merchants on pending shipment and partial shipment coordinate with logistics team in case of any issue faced by the merchant (extension for shipment ETA) optimize cancellations numbers as per the plan returns flow to be tracked.
