About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern who will be responsible for working on HR projects including designing and configuring a new People Solutions (HR Operations) SharePoint site; ensuring employee documents are uploaded to their electronic file, and learning how to provide support for global HR-related queries. The ideal candidate will have strong skills with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Strong communication skills are also necessary. Interns will gain an understanding of Human Resources Operations while learning how to support a global HR team.
Responsibilities
SharePoint Site Configuration: Design and configure a new People Solutions SharePoint site to store global knowledgebase documents.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to ensure the SharePoint site is easy to use and includes all relevant documentation.
Records and Documentation: Ensure employee documents are securely uploaded to their electronic file.
Employee Support: Provide support for employee HR-related queries.
Automation and Efficiency: Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.
Compliance and Security: Maintain compliance with policies and standards.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends, features, and best practices in Human Resources management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms will be an added advantage
