About the Role:

  • Maintain TAT of 8 hours for Priority cases and 24 hours resolution and 90% to be turn around as per SLA
  • Data quality to be maintained at 99% - 
  • Ensuring self audits are done before processing (or) changes on WRP and SFDC
  • Efficient workflow management and prioritization of cases and referrals -
  • Individual productivity targets are met consistently - Overall team's average for Cases/Referrals and Accounts Creations
  • All activities done right at the first time to avoid rework and escalations
  • Stakeholder/Client escalations to ensure not to have more than 1 escalations in a quarter
  • Contribute towards NPS by improving Customer Billing Experience    - 
  • Ensure billing and shipping details matches the data provided by the requestor
  • Ensure correct e-billing contacts are set up. When a contact is removed ensure that there is a confirmation from client
  • Ensure tax classifications are set up correctly & exemptions documents maintained as applicable.

 

About You:

  • Stabilization and Support Growth
  • Experience - 0 to 1 year
  • Work towards stabilizing the transitioned processes with minimum disruptions resulting from efficient productivity and quality management by being determined, focused and flexible.
  • Ensuring that all the scheduled trainings are attended without fail by managing shifts and leaves appropriately
  • Customer Accounts to be created & modified as per the request.
  • Work closely with Order Management Team to get the order processed by completing Customer Master work on time.

Review and understand financial reports, official statements, and other documents related to issuers’ performance. Liaise with analysts and accounting specialists to understand the application of accounting concepts. Work with ratings and support analysts to understand data capture requirements, adjustments, and other information needed by the rating team. Work independently on straightforward business-as-usual deliverables such as prep for portfolio reviews, credit opinions, or outreach presentations. Take initiative to participate in projects or process improvements. Provide guidance to resolve queries of more junior team members.
