Job Description

Job Summary:

This position ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

This position will report to PCA Lead.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

This position will be responsible for comprehending the needs and requirements of customers or business partners in order to bring strategic value to them while promoting customer needs as the key driver for business goals and plans. Building strong relationships and partnerships across the company to leverage ideas, capabilities, and processes is critical to the role as well as instilling an energetic and enthusiastic response in others toward achieving our goals and priorities, and arousing others' commitment and support, even when embarking on unknown territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand review with cross-function team to keep the production stability.
  • Daily production scheduling and follow up to ensure the OTD.
  • Daily PO Management according to real demand request together with SSO team.
  • Handle PO receiving discrepancy with cross function team.
  • Deal with MRB Material.
  • Material shortage review and analysis to ensure the material availability.
  • Review and setup the SAP parameter as lot size/ SS/ LT.etc
  • Inventory control by goods in/out review and E&O /orphan material disposal.
  • Implement the CI Project.
  • Other task from manager.

Education qualification and requirements:

  • 5+ Years of working experience in material and production planning area.
  • Good problem solving skill.
  • Good communication skill in complicated cross-function environment.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Good skill for data analysis and other office software.
  • Fluent English speaking is a must.

Perform Reconciliation of balances in General Ledger vis-à-vis Sub-modules vs Trial balance for accuracy and contribution with respective team for resolutions. Verifies and processes shipping paperwork against orders to create customer invoices. Activity may include approval of customer orders & upload into the system, prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records and reviews for accuracy. Assist in completion of various audits for the unit held up. Work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects. Explore automation opportunities using various tools & techniques used by the department in contribution with various IT team.   The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 0-2 yrs exp - Bcom / BBA(Finance) / MCom / MBA(Finance). Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level). ‘ Good knowledge of accounting principles. Good written/oral communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
