Understand the business needs of the customer and assess the impact of those needs in order to communicate and implement the recommended efficient solutions.

What will your job look like?

•    Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
•    Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
•    Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability and budget.
•    Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
•    Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers' business and IT personnel.
•    Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receive responses to all open questions and action items.
•    Support the customer during the scoping phase in a specific domain up through and including customer sign off (for example, COP process for various customer types and products, EPC lead for all product models and designs, etc.).
•    Prepare solution-related documents and specifications. Configure the solution, followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans for applicable testing.
•    Support the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues if and when they arise.
 

All you need is...

•    Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System.
•    Customer-facing experience – ability to communicate the Amdocs solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
•    Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business process.
•    Knowledge of the IT industry and Amdocs business processes 
•    High technical understanding 
•    Communication and personal engage skilled

For more information, visit Amdocs at  www.amdocs.com In one sentence The role involves handling incidents and service requests from customers/end-users by following the standard methods and procedures of the unit. What will your job look like? •    You will perform ticket analysis, service interruption analysis, triaging of issues, and follow-up with relevant teams for resolution.    •    You will ensure that all required ticket information is available for further analysis (for example, screenshot of error and customer ID) and run methods and procedures to provide resolution to known/recurring issues.           •    You will apply your skills to effectively use the existing knowledge base and documentation for quick-win and first-level resolution. •    You will perform queue management for assigning tickets to other teams, and follow up for timely resolution while keeping track of SLAs.  •    You will ensure timely resolution or escalation within the agreed SLA. This includes creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships through understanding the problem, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional attitude.           •    You will update checklists for quality assurance and progress tracking, following standard operating procedures. •    You will ensure the seamless handover between shifts and monitor and publish the SLA achievement by keeping track of all KPIs. •    You will ensure crystal clear communication and documentation as a point of contact. •    You will perform validation, verification, and correction, wherever applicable, of artifacts of the system (reports, bills, event records, screens, and so on).
