- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Total Experience required: 6-11 years
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the HR domain.
- Strong understanding of HR processes from hire to retire.
- Expertise in solution design, process optimization, and project management.
- Familiarity with HR technology tools, software, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
