Job description 

What you’ll do:

Exposure in leading senior management visioning sessions providing thought leadership to the organization

Experience in developing and managing relationships across the organization, with vendors, discussing benefits and value at board level RFP for Selection of Managed Services Infrastructure Provider - Volume-II Page 261 of 282 T-11014/95/2018-Tech

Experience in advising senior management on IS strategies and implementation plans at the organization ecosystem level

Experience in providing consulting on governance, strategy and transformation not just operations vi. Experience in building and maintaining significant alliances and support across all the vendors

Experience in providing consulting and shaping the development of an organization approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realizing benefits at a different department level

Experience in leading complex IS project

Experience in driving key meetings for closing identified IS issues and gaps across different teams and vendors and achieve the outcomes within the define deadline

Experience in using open sources tools and technologies and managing risks and vulnerabilities across the same

Experience in automation of workflows, processes using automation tools and scripts


What you will bring :-

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent

Should have at least one certifications out of the following: CCIE, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CCNP GIAC

Minimum 12 years of IT experience

Job description  What you’ll do: Seeking Experienced Firmware Architect to work on HPE iLO (Integrated Lights Out) server management solution specifically focused on iLO platform enablement areas. HPE Integrated Lights Out Management is a flagship product in server industry leading embedded server manager for decades. It’s one of the most profitable HPE product raking millions through its licensing revenue. iLO supports the complete lifecycle of all HPE ProLiant servers, from initial deployment to ongoing management and service alerting. As part of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Servers group, this team is responsible for designing and developing iLO manageability firmware.   Management Level Definition: Unique mastery  and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups. Provides guidance and mentoring to Architects on software systems design and development innovation and excellence.   What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Typically, 15+ years' experience.   Knowledge and Skills: Strong programming experience in C and C++ Strong understanding of the Server manageability domain in specific and Server Industry in General. Design, Debug and Development on RTOS like Green hills Integrity, Embedded Linux. Experience working with ARM processor or similar system controllers. What you’ll do:   The successful candidate will be part of HPE's Global Security & Emergency Command Centre (GSECC) operations team. This role will be office designated.   Areas of responsibility will include physical security systems monitoring and alarm response (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection); employee & executive travel safety and security; critical geopolitical world incident monitoring and response; and support of Global Resiliency teams during crisis management events such as the HPE corporate response to the COVID19 global pandemic.   The mission of the Global Security organization in Hewlett Packard Enterprise is to protect the company with world-class, extensible security capabilities and advance HPE's business objectives by effectively managing risk.
