Risk management Relevant Experience : 10 to 15 years Automobile Industry, Manufacturing process, Process allocation ,SAP, PLM, Quality Systems (WCQ , IATF, TBEM and TQM ) Procedures & Practices, Problem Solving & Inspection Techniques, Products Knowledge of regulatory norms & statutory requirements, Key Responsibilities: S.N. Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures 1. Regular , Project & Launch Management Establish & Lead Quality Operating System in TCF Lead Process Engineering group to achieve work station deliverables / robustness/ readiness Co-ordinate with Industrial engineering group to identify the NVA through GSPAS, ModAPTS / MOST tools & physical implementation of operator allocation on the floor with engineering specialist - Process Engineers. Identify, establish & drive Statistical Process control (SPC) with Engineering specialist. Participate in the Daily Quality reviews & work towards resolution of open items from ME perspective Establish control points with clear acceptance standards, trained & certified inspectors. Lead Quality - MES implementation in TCF t and On-going maintenance of MES - Reports/Structure. Liaise with TS & IT teams to Establish MES systems for Scheduling , Production & Quality Lead budget preparation for TCF for Capex & Revenue Promotes and ensure constant improvement in the ME organization toward the common goal of improving product quality Ensures department complies with government/industry standards Coordinate the resources and activities required to ensure problem free start-up Facilitate start-up / shift to shift meetings Address department Health and Safety concerns Manage the change (Planning and execution) in the area of Manufacturing/Engg. Preparation / approval of detailed RFQ for facility & process upgradation Detailed budget preparation for the project scope. Facilitate and conduct technical discussions with suppliers, MP&L, Plant Engg. Lead New Model launch - Interface with TS, Central ME, ERC and other support functions to meet Final assembly deliverables for flaw less launch, Lead Launch White board process during the pre-builds for the TCF area deliverables - Daily build issues resolution & FAI Issues resolution. Lead Future model planning and minor modification - Improvement in facility process with TS and Central ME, Plant Launch team. 2 In Process and Outgoing Quality Management Monitor Organizational Quality targets such as Reduction in Process Warranty, PDI (both Tata as well as Dealer), Craftsmanship and DIFTR/ NTWG issues, review action plans and direct teams to achieve targets. Drive Issue Resolution of Customer/ Next Shop/ operations/ key quality matrices by problem solving methodology Rejection analysis of in-house & supplier parts at incoming, rejection booking in SAP QRM/JOC action plan (Monthly) DPV/PPH at Tata PDI DPV/ PPH at Dealer PDI ZDD score DRR / DIFTR / NTWG CPA Audit score D30, D90 with no 200 and 50-pointers at the time of despatch Daily Customer complaints tracker Rejection as per target Customer issue arise due to New ECN 3 Quality Systems and Standards Management Plan and ensure 100% compliance to all policies, process requirements and quality related regulatory requirements by equipping the team members with adequate resources. Review performance of QMS in line with IAFT 16949 and suggest management action plans to improve performance. Monitor Implementation of quality related ECM through ECM Processes - 1-5-25 try out monitoring. Monitor Process Capability & control Critical to TCF Quality processes Drive 100% compliance to all regulatory, Policy, Process requirements, by equipping the team members with adequate resources QMS Audit compliance IATF,WCQ,TQM,TBEM implementation & its sustenance Compliance to various certifications CTQ/CTE monitoring Layered Audit/ 4M Audits 4 Early Involvement in New Projects Identify Shop level Quality Targets for the new products. Review BITS resolution and Process Failure resolutions through PFMEA, Process Planning
