Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and identifying potential candidates for various job openings.
Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Resume Screening: Review and filter resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the basic job qualifications.
Interview Scheduling: Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Candidate Communication: Provide timely responses to candidate inquiries and assist in managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as preparing recruitment documents, maintaining records, and generating basic reports.
Learning and Development: Engage in learning opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of recruitment practices and HR processes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and HR staff to support various recruitment activities and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of office software and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
