As a member of the Business Process Excellence team you will be involved in the creation of reports and dashboards using Power BI tool. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist Experience with BI technologies in Microsoft PowerBI (alternative: Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP BO, Pentaho) Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework Knowledge of SQL queries, understanding query optimization and performance monitoring It would be great if you also had . . . Knowledge of Python or any other language helpful for data science projects What will you be doing in this role? You create Reports & Dashboards in PowerBI as part of our Business Process Excellence team. Your solutions will fit into a scaling IP BI framework leveraging insights, connecting all IP business departments along our end-to-end value chain. Your will partner directly with our IP business analysts helping you with requirement management as well as IP business stakeholders directly. Design, build and deploy BI solutions Maintain and support data analytics platforms Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes) Conduct testing and troubleshooting Evaluate and improve existing BI systems Collaborate with teams to integrate systems Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses Create visualizations and reports for requested projects Develop and update technical documentation Hours of Work: 8 hours per day (Full-time) Workdays: Monday to Friday (Mandatory off on weekends)
