The Apps & Data Transformation Consulting Team at DELL Technologies is uniquely positioned to help customers in their transformation journey to make them relevant for the next decade. This niche team of consultants work across the globe work with the Dell EMC global fortune 500 customers in -

• Defining their transformation road map
• As part of DTS Consulting’s Global Apps & Data team, we help customers realize their potential and embark on Apps, Data, Platform and Cloud Transformation journeys by providing roadmaps, technical and financial analysis and execute the strategy through real-time innovative and patented approaches.

You will:

• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements for Infrastructure provisioning automation
• Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing release automation pipelines, to ensure the faster release of new features to productions systems.
• Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products/services, system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains, suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products for quick onboarding of automation, ensuring critical system security through the use of best-in-class Security solutions.
• Ensuring critical system security using best in class security solutions, support Sr. Solution Architects in working with Sales, Pre-Sales and Customers in an advisory role, providing competency based solutioning and help towards deal-closures.

Essential Requirements

• BE/B-Tech/master’s in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning or related area, 13+ years of software engineering experience with recent work in AI, Data Science or Big Data, preferably in a customer facing delivery role.
• At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist/data engineer/ML engineer with proven track record in writing code using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow and related technologies (mandatory).
• Experience in Generative AI tools and techniques such as LLM, MLLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine Tuning, etc. (at least one technique is mandatory)
• In-depth and hands-on understanding of AIOps/MLOps technologies such as Kubernetes, KubeFlow, MLFlow, run:ai, Hugging Face, etc. (mandatory).
• Ability to communicate your ideas/code clearly through GitHub/GitLab/etc., documentation and presentations.

Desirable Requirements

• Working knowledge of various message formats such as JSON, Avro, Parquet, Delta Lake, Iceberg, etc.
• Experienced at developing scalable and reliable cloud-based applications, with an understanding of architecture styles such as data mesh, data lake house, etc.
