Job requirements

As a Lead Data Scientist Engineer on one of our cloud-focused engineering teams, your responsibilities include:
●    Analyze high volume of data in a SaaS application.
●    Explore data and come up with meaningful insights from the data.
●    Apply machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to solve business use cases.
●    Should be fluent with relational algebra, statistics.
●    Must have mastered working with data in a language such as Python.
●    Nice to have done data science at high scale with tools like Flink or Hadoop or Spark.
●    Must have significant experience applying machine learning to real business problems.
●    Have collaborated with software development and QA team to implement the algorithm in code and take it to production.
●    This requires development of ML algorithms from the ground up. Sometimes using ML off the shelf tools to solve problems.

Requirements:
●    Solid understanding of Data Science in terms of performance and scale
●    5+ years of experience in Data Science
●    Ability to collaborate effectively with a hybrid team, both in India and USA.

Education

●    A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
●    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field is a plus but not required. 
●    Applicable education, certifications, and/or training are advantageous but not mandatory.
