Job description 

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for PayU Checkout powering millions of transactions across hundreds of thousands of merchants
  • You will be partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to payments, affordability, data etc.
  • You will be responsible for payment experience across the devices, form – factors and payment flows.
  • You will be responsible influencing senior leadership on the overall checkout strategy and roadmap
  • You will be responsible for defining clear outcomes, translating them into qualitative objectives, and quantitative goals

What are we looking for:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably, on the customer experience products.
  • Understanding payments is desirable, albeit not compulsory.
  • Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought to identify and solve business problems
  • Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately while paying attention to detail in the solution
  • Ability to manage and multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Strategic management perspective, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with a large number of third-party teams to drive business effectiveness.
  • Ability to drive a large team towards targets at a daily, weekly and monthly level.
