About the Role:

You will lead all product and distribution partnerships for PayU’s startup vertical. 

About the team:

The startups team at PayU is working with a vision to help each startup start easily and grow fast. We are building a set of products and services to help each startup in India and to capture 50% of the startups market share within 3 years. This can only happen if we are present wherever startups start from.

What you’ll be doing:

  • To partner with Venture Capital and private equity firms, Big-tech companies such as Amazon and Microsoft, governments, incubators and co-working spaces 
  • Planning GTM strategy with each partner to engage with all companies that originate from that partner
  • Owning partner penetration and P&L numbers 
  • Gather feedback from partners to help build better products and GTM plans at PayU

What are we looking for?

  • Someone with experience on increasing scale and distribution in SaaS businesses 
  • Who can plan for medium to long-term engagements with a partner and influence GTM
  • Ensure P&L impact with each partner
  • With a deep understanding of customer flows   
  • Has about 2 years experience in managing partners, and handling negotiations
